PRIVACY NOTICE – PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
This Privacy Notice sets out the principles governing the processing of personal data in connection with the provision of accommodation services, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

Personal data is processed in compliance with applicable law and in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
Personal data is processed on the basis of the data subject’s explicit consent for one or more specified purposes.
The provision of personal data is voluntary; however, it is necessary for the use of the accommodation services.
Personal data is processed for the purpose of enabling the provision of accommodation services and for delivering information and materials in line with guests’ preferences and expectations.
Subject to applicable legal provisions, personal data may also be processed for statistical, analytical, and marketing purposes.
Personal data shall be retained for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Where consent is withdrawn, personal data shall be erased from systems and records without undue delay, subject to any legal obligations requiring further retention.
Data subjects have the following rights:
The right to access their personal data and to obtain a copy thereof;
The right to rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing;
The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
The right to data portability, i.e. to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller.
The data controller implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
