Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Unregistered visitors may visit guests between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Guests are responsible for keeping their rooms tidy during their stay and for disposing of waste in the appropriate containers located outside the building.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage or destruction to furnishings and technical equipment caused by themselves or their visitors, as well as for any misuse or neglect leading to the degradation of the room and its contents.
Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in hallways and common areas. Guests who are visibly intoxicated or disturb others may be asked to leave the property without a refund for the unused portion of their stay.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building, including the use of e-cigarettes.
Smoking is only allowed outside the building. A cleaning penalty of 500 PLN will be charged for each instance of smoking in non-designated areas.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, anyone violating these rules, engaging in antisocial behavior, using drugs, or abusing alcohol will be required to leave the property. If necessary, security services may be called.
Losing a room key will result in a 100 PLN fee to cover the cost of replacing the lock.
The property is not responsible for loss or damage to items brought onto the premises, especially money, securities, documents, valuables, or vehicles parked around the facility.
All equipment and devices provided must be used according to their intended purpose.
Gas and electric stoves must not be left unattended while in use.
In case of fire or smoke due to unattended cooking, a fine of 500–5000 PLN may be charged, plus the cost of damages.
The accommodation or room is rented for the period paid for in advance.
The property provides services according to its standard. If there are any complaints, guests are asked to report them to the Reception.
Small pets are allowed with an additional fee of 50 PLN per night, and must be taken with the guest whenever leaving the room.
Guests are expected to act in accordance with generally accepted standards of social behavior and to follow the provisions of these rules.
